Before applying the body oil, take a warm shower or bath to cleanse your skin and open up your pores. Gently pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it slightly damp to help lock in moisture.

Pour a small amount of body oil into the palm of your hand. Start with a few drops and add more as needed, depending on the coverage you desire. Rub your palms together to warm the oil slightly. This will make it easier to spread and allow for better absorption into your skin.

Gently massage the warmed body oil onto your skin using circular motions. Start from your feet and work your way up, paying extra attention to dry or problem areas. Be sure to cover the entire body for an even and complete application.

Give the body oil a few minutes to absorb into your skin before getting dressed. This will prevent any potential staining on your clothes and allow the oil to work its magic.

Note: this oil can also be used on hair, feet and nails. 

To ensure the longevity of your body oil, store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always secure the bottle cap tightly after use.
