Returns & Refunds
At Blooming Amethyst, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
If you receive a wrong item or if there is any issues with your order, please contact Blooming Amethyst within 24 hours of receiving your package via email with your full name, order number, photo of product (if applicable) and full details regarding the issue and we will gladly review and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Please make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. If your package is returned due to an invalid/incorrect address, a new shipping fee will need to be paid in order to re-ship your items. If your order is returned to us we will reach you via email or phone to confirm updated address info If we do not receive a response from you with updated address information within 2 weeks, we will refund you and charge a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
